General Info
You will need a credit/debit card in order to book online. Your CC# is encrypted and I do not have access to it. Entering this information is not for payment, it is to safeguard against no-shows and last minute cancellations. In some cases, a deposit may be needed to secure your day and time.
There is a 2.6% payment processing fee added to all debit/credit card transactions.
Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cashapp, Paypal and all credit/debit cards.
It is super easy for you to manage your appointments. No need to download the app, create an account, or even set a password. If you’ve booked an appointment, you’ll have received a scheduling, reminder, and/or confirmation email/text with the appointment details, simply click on the link provided in those notifications to manage your appointment. You will see an option to cancel your appointment. If you need to reschedule, you can schedule the new appointment and then go in and cancel your previous appointment. .
You will be charged starting at your appointment time whether you are present or not. I charge for my time, which is hourly. If you are early you may need to wait outside until the present appointment is completed or I am actually open. If for some reason we begin early, then the start time will change.
You will be charged 50% of the service fee booked. No questions/excuses/anything.
I am one person in this salon. I find it rude to talk on the phone while with a client. Text/email/msg is how I prefer to communicate Book a consultation if you would like to talk, I’d be happy to! I use Google Voice for my business calls/texts. My phone is set to not ring at all so please text me!
There are a couple small stairs, I could help you hop up them, I am somewhat wheelchair experienced. If you have an electric wheelchair we may need more than one person to get you in.
Yes yes and YES! Please do come, I have had many clients from all persuasions, especially trans. Please feel comfortable and safe coming in. My door is locked after you arrive so no need to worry about others coming in. It’s a very private and safe space. I have gender-free pricing as well. Buzzcuts, long hair, extensions, curls, whatever on whoever. I am so there. 🙂
