Cancellation Policies

Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

Your appointment is very important to me, it is reserved especially for you.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and it is almost impossible to fill that space last minute.

Appointments are confirmed in advance. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

Please note that phone calls are not a suitable means for cancellation. Please use email or text message to provide information.

• Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to half of the amount of the service booked
• “No Shows” will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to read your emails and messages and also to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.
